Question: Why is my insulated glass window permanently fogged?
Answer: The seal has broken and water has leaked in. The window must be replaced.
Question: Why are there black spots on my mirror?
Answer: Water has removed the backing on the mirror. The problem may get even worse the mirror must be replaced.
Question: Can I put a mirror on my ceiling?
Answer: Yes, we have done it many times.
Question: What is the best way for me to clean my mirrors?
Answer: Spray cleaner onto a paper towel or rag, instead of spraying directly onto the mirror. If moisture seeps behind the beveled strips or the mirror itself, you could develop unsightly black spots, and the mirror will have to be replaced. At OGM we have a special foam cleanser that will prevent this from ever happening.
Question: What are the materials used for mounting my mirror?
Answer: There are three options: clips, glue, and "j-molds" (strips of adhesive with the look of glass that fit around the outside of your mirror.)
Question: I have seen glass that seems to have texture to it. Do you sell this type of glass and what are my options?
